Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person engaged in the duty of driving K5 taxi vehicles.

On January 7, 2017, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 14:45, while driving the vehicle, leading the road in front of the Sinnam-si C in front of the Sinnam-si at the ebbbbbb, along with the ebbbbbbs, at the lower speed.
