A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 18, 2012, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 3 million on June 18, 2012, for a violation of road traffic law (driving), and on February 5, 2013, the same court issued a summary order of KRW 5 million due to a violation of road traffic law (driving) and a violation of road traffic law (licensed driving) on at least two occasions.

Nevertheless, at around 16:15 on November 7, 2017, the Defendant driven CA car in the direction of about 1km from the front side of the front side of the Gyeongju-gun, Chungcheongnam-do to the fourth road in the front side of the same military wall of the same military forces, without obtaining a driver’s license, and again driven C car while under the influence of alcohol by 0.145% while under the influence of alcohol during blood.

On June 18, 2012, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 3 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Seo-gu District Court Branch Branch of the Daegu District Court on June 18, 2012, and on February 5, 2013, the court issued a summary order of KRW 5 million for the same crime and the violation of the Road Traffic Act (licensed driving) and violated the prohibition of drinking driving regulations at least twice.

Nevertheless, on February 2, 2018, at around 20:20, the Defendant driven CA car while under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.054% while under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.054%, without obtaining approximately KRW 500 meters from the front day of the wing-gun, Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-gun, Gyeong-gun, to the front day of the same side, and without obtaining a driver’s license.
