A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 12, 2015, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s multiple business by force for about 20 minutes, as the victim C was under the influence of alcohol in the Dda bank operated by the victim C in Yangsan-si, Yangsan-si on September 12, 2015, and interfered with the victim’s multiple business.

2. 공무집행방해, 상해 피고인은 위와 같은 날 20:00경 위 D다방에서 피고인의 112신고를 받고 출동한 양산경찰서 E파출소 소속 순경 F로부터 피고인이 신고한 내용에 대한 설명을 듣고 귀가할 것을 요청받자 순경 F에게 "너거 업주와 짰냐, 당신들 모가지 날린다."라고 말하면서 우측 팔꿈치로 위 F의 입 부위를 1회 때려 경찰공무원의 112신고사건 처리업무에 관한 정당한 직무집행을 방해함과 동시에 피해자 F(29세)에게 치료 일수를 알 수 없는 입술 부위에 피가 나는 상해를 가하였다.
