If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 31, 2012, at around 04:58, the Defendant driven a car with approximately two km from the front of the New Forest Station in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the front road of the 1256 Hyundai Apartment-dong, Guro-gu, Guro-gu, Seoul, while under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.091%.
