1. The Defendant’s KRW 15,160,690 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from June 7, 2015 to June 1, 2018.

1. Basic facts

A. The pertinent Plaintiff, through the Army under its control, managed the C Building D (hereinafter “instant official residence”) in Yangju-si owned by the Plaintiff, and the Defendant was discharged from military service on May 5, 2015 and moved into the instant official residence on December 27, 2004 as a person discharged from military service at the Army as a person discharged from military service on May 5, 2015.

B. The Defendant acquired 11 real estate through a court auction while residing in the instant official residence, and the details thereof are as follows.

C. The management delayed management expenses (1) include the military official security policy and management guidelines, and the military official security and management guidelines enforced from June 24, 2008, all of which were enforced by the Defendant at the time of acquiring the above housing No. 1 of the above year (hereinafter “instant housing”), and the following provisions related to the eviction delayed management expenses:
