1. Facts of recognition;

A. Multi-won Electronic Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “multi-won Electronic Co., Ltd.”) is a purchasing enterprise that obtained a credit guarantee from the Plaintiff and obtained a loan from an enterprise bank, and the Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant A”) sells goods to a multi-user, and the Defendant B is the representative director of the Defendant A.

B. During the period of concluding a credit guarantee agreement between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff for a corporate purchase financing loan, submitting it to an enterprise bank, and obtaining a loan from an enterprise bank, the Multilateral Electric Bank received a credit guarantee agreement from the Plaintiff as of June 25, 2010, which was issued by the Plaintiff as of June 25, 2010, the amount of the loan expected to be 450,000,000 won, the method of guarantee, the method of guarantee, the rate of guarantee, 95%, and the period of guarantee, and received a loan from the enterprise bank.
