Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 00:40 on March 19, 2016, the Defendant driven a car in Fcoon under the influence of alcohol content 0.133% from a section of about 25 km to the road in front of the trafficland located in the Seocheon-gun, Jeoncheon-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, through the E convenience store located in Dongducheon-si.
2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (U.S.) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) are those engaged in driving a Fcoon car.
At around 00:40 on March 19, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol, and driven the front road D at Dongbcheon-si along one lane from the elim hotel to the elimic basin.
At the time, it was difficult to keep the vehicle at night and the passage of the vehicle is frequent, so there was a duty of care to prevent the accident in advance by towing the front door to the person engaged in driving of the vehicle and accurately manipulating the steering gear and brakes.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and went to the right side of the H-si driver’s seat in the same direction by the victim G (the 60-year-old) who was driving in the same direction due to the negligence of driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol as above, and went to the right side of the passenger vehicle of the Defendant, and went to the right side of the H-si driver’s seat in the 673-lane, Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-gun, the 5-ro, Seocheon-gun, e.g., the victim who was driving a vehicle in front of the Defendant’s vehicle in front of the 5-lane, and was able to drive the vehicle after the Defendant’s vehicle.
Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim G by negligence in the course of performing the above duties for approximately two weeks, and at the same time, caused damage to approximately KRW 808,806 of taxi repair costs, such as immediately stopping and providing relief to the victim.
