A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 응급의료에관한법률위반 피고인은 2019. 9. 25. 00:25경부터 같은 날 00:45경까지 서울 강서구 B에 있는 C병원 응급실에서, 간호사 D가 일행인 E을 상대로 문진하는 것을 보고 간호사에게 진료를 해주지 않는다고 하며 큰 소리로 욕설을 하고, E이 시술실로 자리를 옮기자 시술실로 따라 들어가 계속 큰 소리로 욕설을 하고, 이에 의사 F과 간호사 G이 피고인에게 자제할 것을 요청하였음에도 계속하여 진료실에서 큰 소리로 욕설을 하고, 보안요원의 제지에도 G에게 “네가 치료하는 거 봤어 씹할, 쌩 거짓말 하네.”라고 큰 소리로 욕설하며 보안요원의 얼굴을 머리로 들이받고 응급실로 진입하려고 하는 등 약 20분 동안 위력으로 의사와 간호사의 응급처치 및 진료행위를 방해하였다.

2. In order to prevent the Defendant from taking a bath within the above emergency room and interfering with the treatment, the victim H (35 years of age) who is a security personnel of the above hospital took the Defendant out of the emergency room and took the victim’s face outside the emergency room, and took approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim.
