1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

Punishment of the crime

On May 6, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court, and on February 19, 2016, the Defendant violated the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol on at least two occasions by receiving a summary order of KRW 2 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act.

On November 16, 2016, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.094% in blood around 04:00, driven a car with approximately KRW 300 meters high-water BAWn-purb from the roads near Busan BY-gu BG-gu Intersection to the same Gu World Cup as the same Gu World Cup.
