Punishment of the crime

On May 5, 2016, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.094% during blood transfusion, driven a Bone Star Cornex vehicle at the section of approximately 1.5 km from the roads near the Yansan-dong Intersection in Busan Metropolitan City to the front of the city-dong hot spring-dong intersection.
