A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall sell or possess a trademark identical with or similar to another person's registered trademark for the purpose of using it for goods identical with or similar to the designated goods.

The defendant is a person who keeps a forged trademark attached to an office leased by the defendant in Seoul Jung-gu, and sells the above goods using the Internet Kakao Satori "C".

1. On April 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) held at the above office the victim’s 421 points (247,440,000 won (the presumption of good was 247,40,000 won) including the Plaintiff’s display a forged trademark attached with the former trademark registered with the Korean Intellectual Property Office (registration No. 0070354) for the purpose of sale through the above Internet Kakakao Scarto; and (b) infringed the trademark rights of the said trademark owner for the purpose of sale by possessing a forged trademark attached, such as the Defendant’s Dak, “Dak”, “adi”, and “Age”, as in attached Table 1 of Crimes List 1.

2. Around December 7, 2016, the Defendant sold a forged trademark “the age limit” trademark (registration number: No. 0065487) registered with the Korean Intellectual Property Office, from that time until April 25, 2017, to sell a new trademark attached with the forged trademark “2” as shown in the attached Table 1,084 (the presumed product “C” :354,440,000 won) by selling the new trademark attached with the forged trademark to the Korean Intellectual Property Office, and thereby infringing the trademark rights of the said trademark owner.
