1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. Relevant Defendant B is a person who operates E-type E-type Medical Center located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”), and Defendant C is a doctor in charge of the Plaintiff’s medical treatment.
