1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Basic Facts

The defendant is a person who operates the D Hospital located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter referred to as the "Defendant Hospital") and is the employer of the medical staff of the defendant hospital.

On December 13, 2015, the Plaintiff appealed to the E hospital on the ground of the certificate of Maguri, and applied to the emergency room of the Defendant Hospital for 18:43, and appealed to the hospital without any hospital due to the lack of pains after one week, and the Plaintiff’s symptoms that “the reduction of 50% of the 0% of the bucks toward the buckbucks.”
