1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On February 20, 2017, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement between the Defendant and the Defendant on the lease of a building listed in the separate sheet owned by the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant building”) (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”). The key contents are as follows.
