A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 25, 2017, the Defendant who damaged property: (a) around 22:55, around the victim C’s house at Changwon Maspo-gu B, Changwon-si; (b) around 30, on the ground that the opening of the ordinary victim was of stress in sound, “a Chewing year, dead, and discarded.”

2. 공무집행 방해 피고인은 2017. 7. 25. 23:07 경 창원시 마산 합포구 B 원룸 302호 피고인의 집에서, 제 1 항과 같이 소란을 피우는 사람이 있다는 내용의 112 신고를 받고 현장에 출동한 마산 동부 경찰서 D 파출소 소속 경찰관인 경사 E이 피고인의 동거인인 F로부터 진술을 청취하고 있는 것을 보고, 위 경찰관에게 “ 새끼야, 비키라. ”라고 말하면서 휴대폰을 위 경찰관을 향해 집어 던지고, 계속해서 F을 때리려고 하다가 위 경찰관으로부터 제지 당하자 양손으로 위 경찰관의 어깨를 밀치고, 오른발로 왼쪽 정강이를 3회 걷어찼다.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted a police officer and interfered with his legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of the report.
