1. The reasoning of the judgment of this court citing the judgment of the court of first instance is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420

2. Thus, the plaintiff's claim should be accepted within the scope of the above recognition, and the remainder should be dismissed as there is no reasonable ground.

The judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, and the defendant's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
