A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (U.S.) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) are the Defendant engaged in driving of Bone Star Car.

On April 2, 2015, the Defendant driven the above vehicle on April 2, 2015, and proceeded along the way in front of the D cafeteria located in the Gu Office C in the Gu Office C with the Seoul bank.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving of the said Lone Star vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license at a section of about 1 km from 3 east 1 km to 3 east 1 east 1 km at the time and time of the accident described in paragraph (1).
