The defendant shall be innocent.

1. The summary of the facts charged is with C (Death on May 4, 201), one’s husband, and the Defendant, around March 15, 1990, proposed that the Defendant complete the registration of ownership transfer of the Defendant by preparing a false certification of the purchase of the instant land from D on March 15, 1990, even though he did not purchase 522m2 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) owned by Jinnam-gun, Gangnam-gun, the father of C (Death on January 20, 1967) from D.

D around March 7, 2006, as the Defendant purchased the instant land from D, C made a false letter of guarantee, stating “A”, “F”, “G”, “G”, “G”, “G”, “G”, “G”, “G”, “G”, “G”, “G” in the column for indicating real estate, “D” in the owner’s address column, “G”, and “G” in the name column for the owner’s address on the registry, “Gjin-gun, Jin-gun,” and “Yin-gun, 90, 3, 15, C, and 7” in paragraph (1), and “J, Jin-gun,” and “J, K, and L” in the name column for the letter of guarantee prepared by Jin-gun, J, K, and L to submit a false letter of confirmation to the public official in charge of the civil service as above. On the same day, the public service center prepared a false letter of confirmation to the public official in charge of the Gangwon-gun-gun-gun National Office.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with C to prepare and exercise a false guarantee certificate.

B. On March 7, 2006, C of the issuance of a false certificate and the issuance of a false certificate at the public service center of the Jinjin-gun Office: (a) as if the Defendant applied for the issuance of the certificate as above and the Defendant purchased the land of this case from D on March 15, 1990, written an application for the issuance of a false certificate and submitted a false certificate to the public official in charge; and (b) the Gwangju District Court located in the Jinjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City on June 12, 2006.
