[criminal records] Defendant A was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Gwangju District Court on November 25, 2008 due to the unlawful use of official marks, etc. on June 2, 2009, and the execution of the sentence was terminated at the Gwangju District Court on April 13, 201. On April 21, 2011, Defendant A was sentenced to three months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Gwangju District Court for fraud and completed the execution of the sentence at the Gwangju District Court on May 9, 2011.

(hereinafter “S. 4”) 3 and the victim Non-Pharmacologic Co., Ltd.’s insurance company for treatment on Oct. 18, 2007.” (4) The victim’s office’s “M. 10 K.T. 8 Non-P. 2, 2008,” and the victim’s office for treatment of the victim Non-P. 9 were hospitalized on Mar. 24, 2008.
