1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 6, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Busan District Court on January 6, 2012, and on May 7, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 2.5 million for a violation of the same Act at the Dong branch of the Busan District Court.

On September 12, 2015, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.052% from blood transfusion around 05:50 on September 12, 2015, driven approximately KRW 250 meters to the EL in front of the same Gu-dong located in the same Gu-dong located in Busan Dong-gu B.
