A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From December 12, 2015 to June 12, 2017, the Defendant conspiredd with the Victim B (AV, 87) with the Defendant from around December 12, 2015.

1. Violence;

A. From November 2016 to December 201 of the same year, the Defendant, at around the same year, committed a crime with the victim around November 2, 2016, on the grounds that the victim lost his/her wall at an insular location located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-gu, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, the Defendant took the victim’s bath while forceing the victim on the ground that the victim lost his/her wall, and caused the victim to go beyond the floor, and assaulted the victim by taking the head of the victim on drinking.

B. On June 29, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime at around 20:00, and at around June 29, 2017, 2017, (a) found no longer in the Defendant’s residence located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Seoul, and (b) saw the victim’s lower part of the neck and breath as his hand; (c) taken the victim’s head by hand; (d) taken the victim’s left side by her own attack; and (e) brea the victim’s neck on her hand; and (e) assaulted the victim, such as taking the victim’s her hand on her hand, her brea the victim’s neck, and her neck.

On June 30, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime at around 20:00, around June 30, 2017, and around 20:0, around June 30, 2017, assaulted the victim, such as: (a) preventing the victim from being injured by his/her loss; (b) taking the victim’s face with his/her loss; and (c) taking the victim’s timber with his/her loss.

2. On August 28, 2017, the Defendant injured the victim by assault: (a) around 04:00; (b) around 1-B; (b) in the process of fighting the body of the victim, such as pushing the victim’s body requiring the victim to have his/her inside at the place indicated in the port; and (b) during the process of fighting the victim’s left side of the victim’s body, he/she was inflicted an injury on the victim, such as cutting down the body of the victim’s body on several occasions; and (b) the victim
