A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 12, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny in Seoul Southern District Court.
In addition, on April 20, 2016, the Seoul Western District Court sentenced one year to imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. on February 9, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Seoul Southern District Court. On April 5, 2018, the Seoul Western District Court sentenced ten months to imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. and completed the execution of the sentence in the Seoul Western District Court on June 15, 2018.

1. On August 18, 2018, at around 04:23, the Defendant: (a) opened the above entrance by cutting off the dracker’s door prepared in advance between the said dracker’s doors; and (b) invaded into the entrance; and (c) cut off KRW 600,000,000 owned by the victim by cutting the said dracker between the victim’s simple safes.
2. On September 13, 2018, around 01:35, the Defendant: (a) sealed the kitchen of the kitchen closed in the subway line 1 line F Station in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Seoul, to the H restaurant operated by the victim G in the said restaurant; (b) invaded into the said restaurant; and (c) stolen the Defendant’s market price owned by the victim with KRW 200,000,000, by putting it a simplified imprisonment without labor equivalent to KRW 600,000,000.
Accordingly, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment more than three times due to special larceny, etc., and again intruded into a structure managed by people at night during the period of repeated crime, and stolen the victims' property.

1.
