A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle in K5 vehicles in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, the Road Traffic Act, and the Road Traffic Act;

On July 20, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car without a driver's license on July 20, 2014, while driving the said car, and driving the two-lane road prior to the point of Japanese fire fighting in front of the number of Japanese banks, which is located in the 32-12-Gu, Mangsan-dong, Mangyeong-gu, Goyang-si, and driving it again after stopping.

In such cases, the driver has a duty of care to drive thoroughly and check the career safety of the driver.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and proceeded in the same direction by negligence, and was driven by the victim D (the age of 28) who stops in the signal waiting vehicle in the same direction, as the front part of the passenger car of the Defendant.

As a result, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence, sustained injury to the victim D, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of treatment for about two weeks, and suffered injury to the victim FF (the age of 31) who was on board the damaged vehicle for about two weeks, such as climatic salt, etc. in need of treatment for about two weeks, and at the same time, escaped without taking necessary measures, such as stopping the said damaged vehicle to the extent of 500,289 won, even though it damages the damaged vehicle to the extent of repairing cost, and saving the victim.

2. On July 20, 2014, the Defendant stated that, as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1) around 01:40 on July 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) driven a vehicle in CK5 without a driver’s license for a vehicle in front of the point at which the Republic of Korea was located in the Hanyang-dong, Mangyeong-gu, Mangyeong-do; (b) caused an injury to the victims; and (c) caused an injury to the victims; and (d) attempted to conceal the escape while destroying the damaged vehicle, he/she went through the said vehicle accident and escaped.
