A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

On January 18, 2017, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 500,00,000 as a fine for larceny to a person who was sentenced to a fine for larceny, and failed to pay the fine, and thus, was transferred to the execution of the Suwon District Public Prosecutor's Office and the office of the Suwon District Public Prosecutor's Office and the office of the police officer called the Defendant upon receiving a report of 112.

On June 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) stated that, around 16:00, the Defendant would take the victim’s bridge in front of the public service center of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Suwon District Public Prosecutor’s OfficeF engaged in the guard service and the prosecution clerk’s assistant to the public prosecutor’s office (in this case, 25 years old) who is moving with the victim G while moving to the guard center in order to execute the detention house in front of the public service center of the Suwon District Public Prosecutor’s Office, the Defendant would take the front of the mixed, without complying with the victim’s direction; and (b) the Defendant would take the front of the public service center at one time, walking the victim’s bridge in front of the public service center; and (c) took the victim’s head back beyond the upper floor in front of the victim’s head knif; and (d) took the victim’s head knife and knin.

As a result, the defendant assaulted the victim who is a public prosecutor, thereby obstructing the legitimate execution of duties concerning the confinement of a workhouse, and inflicted an injury on the victim, such as dump dump, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment.
