Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 14, 2014, around 14:00 on December 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) reported that at the entrance of the vehicle trading center, the Defendant was performing the parking management of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office and the parking control duties by public officials B; and (b) he was found C, the head of the parking control team to which B belongs, and received Party B’s face from Party B, with his head while taking time.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of official duties concerning the above B parking management business.
