1. The Defendant’s KRW 65,00,000 as well as 5% per annum from April 22, 2018 to April 27, 2018 to the Plaintiff.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 7 (including the provisional number), the plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the defendant on March 15, 2017 with a period of 65 million won and 65 million won for the lease deposit to the defendant around that time. The above lease agreement was terminated upon the plaintiff's notice of refusal to renew the lease agreement, and the plaintiff delivered the above 301 object to the defendant on April 21, 2018. According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff the lease deposit amount of 65 million won and the above 5% per annum from April 22, 2018 to April 27, 2018, the original copy of the payment order of this case from April 22, 2018 to April 27, 2018.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
