On April 19, 2014, at around 19:50, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car from the roads near Dong-dong Hospital located in the North-dong of Gwangju, Gwangju, to the west-dong located in the same Gu, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.204% of alcohol content.
