Punishment of the crime

On December 5, 2012, at around 22:13, the Defendant driven a C body-wide car with approximately 2 km of alcohol concentration of about 0.204%, while under the influence of alcohol at around 0.204% on the second cycle road located in the Dong-dong of Gwangju, Seo-gu, Seo-gu.
