A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving of a vehicle B salary class III vehicle.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) driving the said B-wing III vehicle under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.265% at the same time and at the same place as the above paragraph (1).
