1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 252,063,713 and the interest rate thereon from July 21, 2014 to the date of full payment.

1. On September 9, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with Defendant Company on the punch press (acquisition cost of KRW 300 million) at the lease rate of 48 months, monthly lease rate of KRW 6,058,412, and annual interest rate of arrears rate of KRW 25%, and Defendant B guaranteed the obligation owed by Defendant Company to the Plaintiff according to the above contract.

As of July 21, 2014, the Plaintiff filed a claim against the Defendants for the payment of unpaid rent of KRW 252,063,713 under the above contract and damages for delay at the rate of 25% per annum, which is the overdue interest rate for the aforementioned contract.
