Punishment of the crime

On July 21, 2018, around 23:10 on July 21, 2018, the Defendant accessed the victim C (the 30-year old age), who was under influence on the front side of Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and forced the victim to commit an indecent act by force on the left hand of the victim.
