Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 28, 2019, around 22:47, the Defendant boarded at a bus stop located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Sung 2-dong, a bus stop located in a public transportation means C, and pushed down the elbow on the side side of the victim D (one st, the 16-year old), seated in the bus stop located in 1369 as Seoul Gangdong-gu, Gangdong-gu.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts against the victim in means of public transportation.
