A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) took a taxi for business use operated by the victim E (the age of 49) (hereinafter referred to as the “Plaintiff”); (b) was spiting in the taxi and spiting it into an original school of the orchard; and (c) was spiting the victim in the taxi and spiting it into the Defendant, such as “grings, spons,” etc.; (d) on July 23, 2016, the said victim stopped on the front of the G gas station located in Seo-gu Daejeon Daejeon, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon; and (e) was assaulting the Defendant on one occasion the victim’s face at one time and once the victim’s right-hand part of the victim’s right-hand part.

2. On July 24, 201, at around 00:01, the Defendant: (a) took an inquiry by the police officer assigned to the said I box about the same content as described in paragraph (1) at the I box located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon; and (b) took an inquiry by the police officer assigned to the said I box, “I see that I she would be able to take the part of the above J’s left part on one occasion; (c) the police officer assigned to the said I box would stop this; and (d) the said I box “I see whether I she erred, I she will do so; and (d) I am she would take a part of the said K once a week.”

At around 01:13 on the same day, the Defendant continuously intending to smoke at the same place, and she took a bath to her patrol officer who belongs to the said I police box, and she took a bath to her “at this time,” and used the above L’s right shoulder, thereby committing assaulting the Defendant’s left shoulder one time by cutting off the above L’s right shoulder, and using another hand.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers J, K, and police officers L's L's handling of reported cases, and at the same time, the Defendant placed the victim L(the age of 24 years) a shoulder and arms with approximately 10 days of medical treatment.
