A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months and a fine not exceeding 12 million won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at around 20:30 on April 20, 2016, operated a commercial sex business establishment under the trade name of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Ctel 801 and advertised the said business establishment on the Internet site, such as “E,” and arranged commercial sex acts by receiving KRW 130,000 won from “E,” a customer who found his/her place around 20:30 on April 20, 2016, and allowing employees G (the age of 35) to engage in a similar behavior to promptly see the F’s sexual organ in his/her hand, and to encourage his/her employees to engage in commercial sex acts by receiving KRW 100,000 or KRW 130,000 from around April 18, 2016 to April 20, 2016.

1. The Defendant, while operating a sexual traffic business with the trade name “I” in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Htel 810, advertised the said business at the Internet site, such as “J,” and arranged sexual traffic in the said manner as above, from February 1111, 2016 to February 22, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 19:30,000 won at the above business establishment; and (b) ordered female employees L to engage in a similar behavior that makes stiffe the sexual organ of the said sex purchase in hand, and (c) caused female employees L to engage in the said conduct of sexual traffic.

2. The Defendant, while operating a sexual traffic business establishment under the trade name “I” in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Htel 608, advertised the said business establishment on the Internet site, such as “J”, and, from May 12, 2016 to May 16, 2016, received 100 to 120,000 won from the sex purchase male from the said business establishment, and arranged sexual traffic by allowing female employees M to do a similar act in which the sexual organ of the sex purchase was shakened by hand.
