1. 2. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is engaged in driving of the E Coin vehicle.

On December 9, 2016:01, the Defendant driven the above co-section 16:01, and proceeded the front road of the G Hospital in Heung-gu F, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do along the three-lane distance from the north of the Haak Ambassador-dong terminal, and changed the course to the four-lane.

In such cases, a person engaged in the driving of motor vehicles has a duty of care to inform the direction change to direction direction etc. in advance and to enter the lane safely by keeping the traffic situation of the front and rear left.
