A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

(a) On February 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a 22-time article at the male escape room in the “M bath” L on February 10, 2015, and opened a 20,000 won of the market price owned by the victim N in that room; (b) one 1, cash 27,000 won; (c) one cream card; (d) one resident registration certificate; and (e) one string for men containing one driver’s license.

In addition, they stolen them.

B. On February 7, 2016, the Defendant, at around 14:20 on February 7, 2016, opened a list of goods stored in the PP “P” room located in the Ansan-siO, and taken up one male wallet containing one of the cash 15,000 won in cash owned by the victim Qu in that room, a new card, a new card, agricultural card, agricultural cooperative card, resident registration certificate, and a driver’s license.

In addition, they stolen them.

2. On February 14:45, 201, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit, at the sales outlet of “T” operated by the Victim S S in Ansan-si L, as described in paragraph (b)-B, proposed the new card of Q, which was stolen as one of his/her own as if he/she were the victim and led the victim to sign the card prior to his/her own name, and was issued one of the net female arms at the market price of KRW 1,00,000, which is the victim’s possession from the victim’s seat.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received property, and used stolen credit cards.
