Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall repeatedly reach another person with words causing fear or apprehension through an information and communications network, and no debt collector shall commit any act which seriously undermines privacy or peace in business by repeatedly or at night calls, without any justifiable reason, in connection with debt collection, by reaching the debtor or his/her related person, and causing fear or apprehensions.

Around June 17, 2008, the defendant lent 20 million won to C's wife D, and even though he did not lend money to C, he did not pay money to C, using the circumstances in which he worked as the Defense Security Headquarters E., he tried to receive money by pressure.

At around 06:06 on July 16, 2014, the Defendant sent C a message using the Defendant’s handphone to “I will request 10:0 a.m. to conduct an investigation at the entrance of G apartment outside the entrance on Saturdays or Sundays,” and “I will directly search for documents to the observation unit on a Saturday or Sundays, receive them, and receive them to the United Nations Ministry of National Defense Home,” and “I will receive them directly with the documents prepared on the T.m. on the T. T. and receive them from the T.m. on the same day, I will receive them by filling up the documents to the B.m. at the end of 09:30 on the same day, and send C.m. message to C. 18:0 on the same day, “I will receive the documents from the T.m. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. and text message to the obligor’s private life: from 108:10 on the same day to 15:30 on the same day.m.
