A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. A violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person who is engaged in driving of Bone Star trucks
On September 14, 2014, the Defendant driven the foregoing vehicle under the influence of alcohol of 0.134% with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.134% on September 14, 2014, and led the Defendant to drive the vehicle along a one-lane road in front of the New South Korean Congress, which is in the military mountain movement, along a one-lane along the health history distance from the front side of the white road.
At the time, the Defendant, prior to the same direction, was followed by the DM car driven by the victim C (the age of 19). As such, the Defendant had a duty of care to secure and proceed with the safety distance to avoid when the said car stops.
Nevertheless, the Defendant did not find out that the said Mat Motor Vehicle was stopped due to negligence while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.134%, while he was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.134% and received the part behind the said Mat Motor Vehicle as the front part of the Mat Motor Vehicle driven by the Defendant.
Ultimately, as above, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim C, such as salt ties, tensions, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment due to negligence in the course of driving the said vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and injury to the victim E (18 years of age) who was on the said marina car, such as light crums, tensions, etc. in need of medical treatment for about two weeks, and injury to the victim F (19 years of age) who was on the said marina car in need of medical treatment for about two weeks.
2. On September 14, 2014, the Defendant is under the influence of alcohol by 0.134% from a section of approximately 200 meters to the roads of the New South Korean summit, which are located in the Dogdong of Dogsan-si, Sinsan-si.
