A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 10, 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by inserting one set of 358,000 won in the market price of Skiwegs owned by the victim D, who was the manager of the place, by taking advantage of such a gap in the victim’s care of care, such as responding to customers or calculating customers, at a skiweg store located in the city of Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, Pkiweg, which was located in the city of Sungwon-si; and (b) 358,000 won in the market price of Skiwegs owned by the victim.

2. On December 25, 2012, the Defendant: (a) at a women’s 'F operated by the victim E of the first floor of a set set of paragraph (1) around December 25, 2012, the Defendant: (b) stolen the Defendant by inserting one set of 142,00 won of the market price, which was the victim’s ownership, of the victim’s clothes from the 'F’ store operated by the victim E of the first floor of a set of 'F’ store; and (c) by inserting it into his bank.

However, the defendant confessions each of the crimes of this case and reflects in depth, all of the damaged items were returned to the victims, the victims do not want punishment, balance between other similar cases and sentencing, and other similar cases, the defendant's age, character and conduct, intelligence and environment, motive and circumstance of the crime of this case, etc., and all of the sentencing conditions stated in the arguments of this case shall be sentenced to imprisonment.
