A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant: (a) had the game users contact with each other through the “former T&C Kafbook,” “Seoul T&T ship,” “Seoul Ship Exchange,” and “Seoul Kafbook,” etc., which is the same site; (b) had the seller of an item transferred identification cards by pretending that he would purchase the item, and asked the seller to notify the seller’s account number to receive money; (c) had the purchaser of an item deposited with the account number by pretending that he would sell the item; and (d) had the seller of an item deposited with the foregoing account number by deeming that he would sell the item; and (d) again, he had the seller of an item deposited with the item “as it was deposited with the item, it would have changed the ownership of the item.”

[2016 Highest 4892] On May 3, 2016, the Defendant posted a letter to the effect that “former T&W-based Game money shall be sold in cash at a 900 frame per KRW 1 won on the bulletin board of the website “former T&W-based Kab,” and then, the Defendant cannot sell the Kakao Stockholm message to the victim who reported it.

In lieu of this, I will sell an item 3,500 won to 60,000 won.

If 60,000 won is deposited with an account under the name of E, it will be transferred to the Chapter 3,500.

“The purpose of “ was to make a false statement.”

However, in fact, the Defendant did not have the above peld and Domp Domp Domp, and the victim committed as if he was E, so that the victim would deposit money in the account under the name of E, and E would have been able to receive the above item transfer from E, even if he received the money from the victim as above, there was no intention or ability to transfer the above item even if he received the money from the victim.
