A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant had been operating the number system from around 2003 while living in the Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, and Dong-gu. From around 2006, the Defendant joined the number system operated by the Defendant and received the fraternity and paid the fraternity in lieu of the members of the fraternity who did not pay the fraternity, and borrowed the funds from other persons in order to repay the principal and interest of the loan, and to subscribe to several accounts in order to repay the loan principal and interest and interest, and again borrow the funds to pay the necessary fraternity. Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim as above; (b) admitted the victim into one unit of account (19), and (c) received a total of KRW 19.2 million from April 23, 2008 to August 31, 2009 from the victim to the Defendant’s account (National Bank E) in the form of an installment savings from April 23, 2008.

2. On October 2008, the criminal defendant against the victim F made a telephone conversation with the victim F at an insular place, and “24 months from October 2008,” respectively.
