Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months and by a fine of 300,000 won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 21:20 on May 23, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Assault, etc. against a driver) was on board the Da-dong Seoul Central Market located in Jungdong-gu Seoul, Jungdong-gu, Seoul and became the Dongjak-gu Seoul, a residential area E.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the maintenance of the order of police officers and the legitimate execution of duties concerning the arrest of flagrant offenders.

4. The Defendants in violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act are as follows: (a) around 22:45 on May 23, 2016.
