Defendant shall be punished by a fine of eight million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle BMW320i in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Exemplary Vehicles) and the Road Traffic Act (EMW320i).

On December 5, 2015, the Defendant, at around 15:13, 2015, proceeded at a low speed, along the direction of the first three-lane from the west side of the office to the west side of the road in front of D, which is located in the South-west Sea C.

Since there is a place where the center line of yellow solid lines has been installed, in such a case, a person engaged in driving the motor vehicle has a duty of care to see the front side and to safely proceed along the right side of the center line.

Ultimately, the Defendant, due to the above occupational negligence, suffered injury to the victim, such as the right-handle of approximately four weeks, which requires medical treatment, and at the same time, escaped without any necessary measures to rescue the damaged person or to prevent traffic danger by immediately stopping, even though the Defendant damaged the above 300,000 won to the right-hand part of the repair cost.

2. Violation of the Traffic Act on roads.

A. On December 5, 2015, the Defendant, from around 12:00 to around 15:13 on the construction site, she operated the said BMW320-i car without a vehicle driver’s license from around 120km to the inn of the “each south Sea” located on the Yan-gun, Southern-gun, Southern-gun, by going through the said accident site from around 15:13 on the same day.
