Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On October 19, 2010, the Defendant and the Victim C, while serving as the representative of each clan and the regular manager around 1995, and the Defendant and the Victim C conspired to sell the land of the clan at will on November 26, 1999, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 26, 199, despite the fact that each ten months of imprisonment for occupational embezzlement was sentenced by the Daejeon District Court at the Daejeon District Court on November 26, 199, for the crime of occupational embezzlement, the Defendant refers to the victim by hand among the 11 members of the D clan, and “I keep the victim who was accused of the complaint and sentenced to imprisonment too much. On May 31, 201, the Defendant: (a) around 11:00, at the Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Ecafeteria, the Defendant and the Victim C, while continuing to serve as the representative and regular manager of each clan in around 1995, and the Defendant and the Victim C conspired to dispose of the land of the clan at will; and (b) on November 26, 1999, the Daejeon District Court sentenced each ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for occupational embezzlement at the Daejeon District Court on November 26, 199, and the judgment became final and conclusive, despite the fact that the Defendant had 14 members of the D clan, “It is too sound and unreasonable that the head of the family lives in the past.” It would be restoration of honor without any error, and how the head of the family would be damaged. The Defendant and the Victim I have the honor to all the low members.”
Accordingly, the defendant has damaged the reputation of the victim by publicly expressing false facts while there are clans.
3. On December 19, 201, the Defendant and the Victim C are located in the Daejeon Jung-gu Ecafeteria, Daejeon, and the Defendant and the Victim C.
