1. On January 26, 2013, Defendant C’s disposition of suspending qualification for a clan member against the Plaintiffs is null and void.

1. The following facts may be found either in dispute between the parties or in the entries in Gap evidence 1 to 4 and Eul evidence 1 to 4 (including each number; hereinafter the same shall apply) by reference to the whole purport of the pleadings:

Defendant C (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant C”) is a clan with the objective of promoting the protection and management of the number of descendants and the religious services, the protection and management of the property of the clan, and the harmony among the members of the clan, and Defendant D is the chairperson of the above clan, and the Plaintiffs (Plaintiff AH, Plaintiff BI), Defendant E, F, and G are the members of the clan.

B. On December 27, 2012, Defendant clan’s “Reward and Disciplinary Committee” held a disciplinary committee during the attendance of Defendant D, E, F, and G as disciplinary committee members, and decided to request the Plaintiffs to take disciplinary action of suspension of qualifications for ten years against each of the following reasons at the Defendant clan’s board of directors:

1) Plaintiff A’s accusation against K in 2002: Defamation and damage (30 million won):

C. On January 26, 2013, the board of directors of the defendant clans (hereinafter referred to as "the disciplinary committee of the defendant clans") shall decide on the disciplinary action of each suspension of qualifications for the plaintiffs, ten years, according to the resolution of the disciplinary committee.
