Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

around 17:00 on July 8, 2014, the Defendant found the victim D, who was a de facto marital relationship in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, as an employee, and thereafter, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s fireworks sales business by force, such as: (a) finding the victim D, who was a de facto marital relationship in Sungnam-si, as an employee; (b) “low female, who was a wind or escape; and (c) putting a dub stating the above details into a dub, and threatening the victim’s photograph with his/her photograph, and threatening him/her to show it to the dong residents and the people who passed away.
