Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) and the Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car on the knife vehicle.

around 07:00 on August 12, 2017, the Defendant was negligent in driving the said car and driving the Cheongju Factory in front of the Cheongju Factory in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do to the Cheongju-si, while stopping at the signal waiting, and driving the said car on the top of the Cheongju-gu, the Defendant was negligent in driving the vehicle at the top of the victim F (39 years old) G G G in the front of the vehicle of the Defendant, who was under the signal stopping in front of the Defendant.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the said victim F by occupational negligence during approximately three weeks of medical treatment, and at the same time damaged the said victim’s automobile with the aforementioned A-to-purged car, which is the victim’s ownership, to be in excess of KRW 1,039,960.

B. The Defendant also caused a traffic accident as described in the above paragraph (a), but the said CKank-Pail car was insured by a special agreement with the age of 48 years or older, making it impossible to receive insurance management for the said traffic accident, and the Defendant stated that B had caused a traffic accident that he/she was driving the said car through H around August 12, 2017, which was subject to insurance management. At around 07:25, 2017, around August 23, 2017, the Defendant expressed that B had caused a traffic accident that he/she was driving the said car. At around 09:21, 2017, the Defendant told B to make a false confession with the same purport.

On August 22, 2017, at around 17:08, the Defendant called B to the slopeJ of Cheongju-ju Police Station I who is investigating the above traffic accident, caused B to commit the above traffic accident, and made a false statement, and on August 23, 2017, the Defendant appeared at the Cheongju-ju Police Station at around 11:00, and made a false statement to the said assistant J, who caused the above traffic accident.

Accordingly, the defendant is more than a fine.
