1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
A. Of the lands listed in the attached Table 1 List 1, the attached Form 2 Map 1-4, 11, 5, 6, 1-1.
Reasons
Basic Facts
A. C, on March 24, 1982, completed the registration of ownership transfer in its own name with respect to the land listed in Annex 1 List 2 (hereinafter “instant land”). The remaining land listed in Annex 1 List is referred to as “the same manner.” When each of the above land is referred to as “each of the instant land,” and completed the registration of ownership transfer in its own name with respect to shares 45.5/397 out of the instant land No. 1 on March 11, 1989.
B. Around 1984, C built cement block and steel pipes, panel tanks, asbestos slate, and slive roof cross-storys (hereinafter “instant building”). Of each of the instant land, the part used as the site for the instant building is 10 square meters in line with each of the items indicated in the attached Table 2 drawings among the instant land, 10 square meters in line, 11, 11, 5, 6, and 11 of the attached Table 2 drawings among the instant land, 10 square meters in line, 11, 10, 7, 6, 5, and 11 of the attached Table 2 drawings among the instant land, and 18 square meters in line with each of the items indicated in the attached Table 2 drawings, 12-15, 2027, 200 square meters in line with each of the items indicated in the attached Table 18 square meters in line with each of the said land.
C. As to the instant building, the general building ledger and the registry are not compiled.
C on October 30, 1991, G sold 45.5/397 shares out of the land No. 1 of this case, 307/324 shares out of the land No. 2 of this case, and the building of this case. G sold on November 21, 1991, 45.5/397 shares out of the land No. 1 of this case and 307/324 shares out of the land No. 2 of this case, and completed the registration of ownership transfer in its own name.
In addition, G purchased the third land of this case from Chungcheongnam-do on November 23, 1993, and completed the registration of ownership transfer in its name on February 3, 1994.
