A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Intrusion upon a sexual purpose and public place);

A. At around 09:00 on May 2, 2016, the Defendant intruded a female toilet with a mobile phone camera in order to satisfy his/her sexual desire by photographing the image of women on the seventh floor of Pyeongtaek-si building B, which is viewed as a lux.

B. On May 3, 2016, around 14:20 on May 3, 2016, the Defendant intruded into a female toilet with a cell phone camera in order to satisfy his/her sexual desire by photographing the image of women on the 7th floor of the building B.

2. Violation of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and photographing);

A. On May 2, 2016, at around 09:22, the Defendant, from the 7th female toilets column of the building B above 2016 to the 7th female toilets of the building B, he/she set up the hand containing a camera in the side partitions through the wall above, and taken screen pictures, respectively.

Accordingly, the defendant taken a video image to the victims who could cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame.

B. On May 3, 2016, around 14:30 on May 14:3, 2016, the Defendant left the 7th female toilets of the building B, using the same method as that of the above paragraph (a), and taken screen pictures of the dynamics.

As a result, the Defendant taken video images that the victim could cause sexual humiliations or shames.
