A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 04:10 on January 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) sent the victim’s wife D (hereinafter “Woo-do”) at one’s home of the 2nd and 102nd and 2nd and 39 years of age of the Haynam-do building C, Seoul-do; (b) on the other hand, the Defendant was saying, “A woman at present who had come to death was said to go to go to our house and go to go to her house,” and the victim’s wife E (hereinafter “I, 16 years of age, it was well known that I would go to go to her house, so I would know that I would have well go to go to the age of 16). 2. 3. The Defendant, at around 04:36 the same day as the preceding paragraph, tried to be informed of the victim H security guards, who are police officers belonging to the above police station, during the period when he was faced with a disturbance to the investigation by the Fa branch of the Donnam-do Police Station, 4 police officers such as I, and D, etc.
